At Renew Coffee, we bring refined espresso experience to elevate your events. Based in Colorado Springs—Our mobile coffee cart seamlessly fits into indoor and outdoor settings, making it the perfect addition to luxury weddings, corporate gatherings, and exclusive celebrations.
We craft every cup with handmade specialty syrups, using only the finest ingredients—free from preservatives and additives. Whether it’s an elegant evening reception or a high profile corporate event, we ensure that your guests enjoy a sophisticated, artisanal coffee experience.
While Colorado Springs is our home base, we’re happy to bring our coffee bar to Denver and surrounding areas for larger events upon request. If your event calls for an exceptional coffee experience, we’d love to create something unforgettable for you.

Every event has its own rhythm — a wedding reception moves differently than a three day conference. We build the service around yours.

An espresso bar changes the back half of a reception. Guests who would have drifted toward the door at 9pm stay for a cortado instead. We handle the post dinner rush, the late night lattes, and the send off, with a menu built around your couple's drinks.

Holiday parties, client appreciation nights, product launches, and office milestones. A barista staffed espresso bar signals a different level of care than an urn on a folding table, and it gives people a reason to gather and talk. Custom signature drinks and branded cups available.

Conference coffee is usually the first thing attendees complain about. We staff the morning rush and the mid afternoon wall, keep lines moving between breakouts, and serve real espresso drinks made to order. For multi track events we add a second cart and barista.

Ballrooms, resort terraces, and property event spaces come with their own constraints - loading access, power, timing around banquet service. Our cart is fully self contained: a 6×6 footprint and a standard outlet. We coordinate directly with your banquet or events team.

Retreats, summits, and festivals that run past a single day. Same cart, same baristas, same quality on the last morning as the first. We build a service schedule around your agenda, so you're not paying for hours nobody uses.

Mountain weddings, remote retreats, and events well outside the Front Range. We travel with everything, including a generator when there's no power on site. If your venue is beautiful and inconvenient, that's usually a good sign.

A professional barista in your office or venue, one off or recurring. Popular for culture days, recruiting events, open houses, and client facing offices that want a real coffee program without hiring for one.

For hotels, resorts, luxury apartments, and coworking spaces: a permanent espresso bar amenity with no construction required. We provide the equipment, drink menu, signage, SOPs, and either full staffing or training for your team.

The Story Behind Renew Coffee
Renew Coffee was born out of a season of hopelessness, healing, and transformation. What started as a journey of rebuilding our lives, from overcoming rock bottom to finding renewed purpose, became something far greater: a mobile espresso experience designed to bring people together through coffee, connection, and community.
The name “Renew” represents more than just coffee. It reflects our story - a life once broken, now rebuilt with passion, resilience, and faith. Every handcrafted cup we serve is a reminder that renewal is possible, that new beginnings are beautiful, and that life’s most meaningful moments deserve to be celebrated.
